What would you like to know?
Basic Bar Service
Q: What does the Basic Bar Core Package include?
A: $249
1 professional bartender.
Bartender arrives 1 hour prior for setup at no additional charge.
5 hours of professional service.
Professional attire.
Complete bar tool kit.
$2 million liquor liability and general liability insurance.
6 total hours including setup.
Q: What is included with Core Bar Service?
A: Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Cups, straws, and napkins.
Water, including a cooler and table.
Q: What do I need to provide for Core Bar Service
A: You are responsible for providing everything needed for the bartender.
Check with your venue to confirm whether they provide an ice machine, tables, or a bar.
All required items should be ready and available for the bartender before the event.
Bartenders & Guest Count
Q: What if my guest count exceeds 100 people?
A: A second bartender is required.
The additional bartender is $199.
This helps ensure guests are served promptly and efficiently.
Q: What if I need additional bartender hours?
A: Additional time is $35 per hour, per bartender.
Additional Items
Q: Can you provide additional items like ice, cups, or linens?
A: Yes!
Bar Basics Bundle — $150.
Includes ice, cups, straws, and napkins for up to 100 guests.
For more than 100 guests, there is an additional $50 for every 50 guests.
Table Ready Essentials — $50 and includes a table, linens, and coolers.
Bar ice is strictly for chilling drinks and serving beverages.
Clients are responsible for additional ice and water needed for water stations or other purposes.
Drink Packages
Q: What is included in the Drink Packages?
A: Mixer Package includes sodas, juices, ice, cups, garnishes, straws, napkins, and a case of water.
Wine & Beer Package includes preselected wine and beer, plus sodas, juices, ice, cups, garnishes, straws, napkins, and a case of water.
Full Liquor Package includes preselected liquor, wine, beer, sodas, juices, ice, cups, straws, garnishes, napkins, and a case of water.
Q: What happens if my guest count changes?
A: Pricing and the quantity of alcohol will need to be updated.
Alcohol quantities are based on the number of guests included in the package.
Specialty Drinks
Q: Can I have a specialty drink?
A: Absolutely!
Let us know your specialty drinks in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
If your specialty drink requires ingredients not included in your package, you must provide those items.
Q: Will the specialty drink last all night?
A: Specialty drinks are typically very popular and may run out quickly.
Consider substituting one of the included alcohols for your specialty drink to help ensure availability.
Let us know your specialty drink selections in advance.
Q: Can I provide additional alcohol or mixers?
A: Yes.
Additional unopened drinks may be brought for your guests.
They must be delivered to the bartender before the event begins during setup.
Q: Are there additional charges for adding items or drinks?
A: Yes.
Adding a different type of alcohol, wine, beer, mixer, or garnish may result in an additional charge based on your selection.
Champagne Service
Q: Is champagne included in my packages?
A: No.
Champagne service is available for $3 per person.
This includes acrylic stemware.
Real glassware is not available through this service.
For real glassware, we recommend contacting your catering company.
A Champagne Wall is available for $150 and holds up to 36 glasses.
Leftover Alcohol
Q: Can I take leftover alcohol home?
A: Opened bottles, mixers, and beer are yours to take at the end of the night.
Please remind your bartender to pack these items.
Unopened drinks remain with the bartender according to your contract.
Once the bartender leaves, there will be no returns.
Open containers left behind will be discarded.
